WALLS AND PARTITION WALLS
- bearing walls HR. 250mm, brand POROTHERM 25P+D.
- for soundproofing reasons, the partition walls between apartments were designed using acoustic walls of high quality with masonry HR. 250mm, brand POROTHERM 25P+D.
- partition walls in the apartment were made using ceramic bricks in accordance with the standards, with masonry HR 125mm, also brand POROTHERM 11,5 P+D
- external thermal insulation AUSTROTHERM EPS70 - 200 mm, exterior plaster 2mm Baumit
SURFACE FINISHES OF WALLS, CEILINGS AND FLOORS IN THE APARTMENTS
- brick walls were formed by one layer of the gypsum plaster BAUMIT with a basic white coat of paint
- walls in the bathroom and WC have been pre-prepared for laying tiles
- ceilings in all apartments were made of plasterboards
- floor finishes were designed with impact noise insulation and finished by a screed with laminate flooring
DOOR AND WINDOW PANELS IN THE APARTMENTS
- the entrance door is a security door with isolating triple glazing in anthracite colour. The interior side of the door is white and it also includes door fittings with a safety handle/door knob
- interior doors are of brand NARO VETRO MDI (A1-A5, A8-A11)
- the apartment is equipped with plastic windows with insulating triple glazing. Other doors are plastic, with the possibility of micro-ventilation, the interior side in white colour RAL 9010 and the exterior side in anthracite colour
- interior parapets of windows are covered with white film RAL 9010
- exterior parapets of windows are made of anthracite aluminium material (depending on the location of the window)
- exterior built aluminium roller blinds in anthracite colour with automatic drive
- terrace floors were aesthetically designed and made of wood or wood-plastic-composites, resp. in combination with tiles on selected terraces on the 3rd floor
- floor finishes in accommodation spaces consist of large laminate parquets EGGER with a thickness of 8 mm
KITCHEN UNIT
- the kitchens of all apartments have been pre-prepared for the installation of a kitchen unit, including standard preparation for the supply of hot and cold water, preparation for the installation of a dishwasher, power socket for the electric cooker and an outlet for the digestor (further specified in the parts Electrical installation and Air-conditioning)
- the kitchen unit and domestic appliances are not covered by the standard equipment of the apartments, but we also offer convenient sets designed specifically for individual apartments including appliances.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

a part of the complete preparation for the appliances is:
- an electric cooking range with power supply via 3-phase switch
- a separately protected outgoing feeder for the cooking range will serve to power also the electric oven
- electric circuits in the kitchen are protected by a separate circuit breaker for the possibility of powering electrical appliances with higher power, such as a microwave, a coffee machine, etc..
- every room in the apartment will be equipped with free outgoing feeders for lamps terminated in accordance with the. Lamps and light bulbs are not part of the standard (an electric bulb with a socket will be provided only in the entrance hall)
- The sockets and switches LEGRAND are fully implemented in the premises of the apartments
- All terraces are equipped with one exterior socket and one lamp

Installed in the apartments is:
- an audio door phone for communicating with visitors before they enter the residence,
- each room has a separate optics connection (internet, SAT)
HEATING AND DOMESTIC HOT WATER
- each housing unit has a separate gas condensing boiler PROTHERM, which provides floor heating and domestic ho water in all rooms
- each apartment user can regulate the temperature in his apartment by his own programmable digital thermostat, independently of other apartments
SANITARY EQUIPMENT
- the washing machine is not part of the apartment. A part of the apartment is the preparation for its connections – supply of cold water with a closting cock. Closure of waste water is designed with an odour trap.
- a part of the apartment are the following objects: 1 wall-hung toilet, flushing system Geberit, 1 washbasin with a faucet, bath with a faucet, washbasin with a faucet in the toilet KOLO
- 3 kinds of ceramic wall and floor tiles Ceramika PARADYZ are available for the bathroom and WC
AIR CONDITIONING
- ventilation in the WC, bathroom and closet is solved by exhaust duct-ventilation with fans and pipes ending above the roof. Air supply is provided from the surrounding rooms of the apartment via doors without sills.
- kitchens are designed with exhaust duct-ventilation through digestors. Digestors are not part of the equipment of the apartment. Given the fact that the exact size and location of the digestor is not known, the outlet piping from the exhaust shaft ends above the roof and is provided with a backflow valve in the kitchen.
All material, technical and technological designs of the project are reserved. All quality requirements and technical or technological designs of these changes are in accordance with the relevant standards.
